Simple, considered, and built with intention. The Woody combines a deep, lounge-worthy seat with a solid ash frame that adds warmth, presence, and lasting integrity. Designed in-house by SOBU founders Laleh and Alessandro, it reflects the kind of thoughtful, livable design we believe in—pieces that feel as good as they look.

The frame is crafted from solid ash with a durable matte finish that highlights the natural grain. Cushions are designed for everyday comfort: supportive high-density foam seats topped with a generous layer of down, paired with back cushions filled with a down and poly blend for a soft, relaxed feel.

Versatile by design, the Woody easily transforms into a twin bed—just remove the back cushions (fits Twin XL sheets). Perfect for guests, without ever feeling like a compromise.

Upholstered in a durable cotton-linen blend, the covers fully zip off for easy care (machine wash cold, tumble dry low). Made to be lived in.

Meets California TB 117-2013 standards, with no added flame retardants or harmful chemicals.
