White Glove Delivery is our highest level of service and ensures you and your order are treated with the utmost care. Typical delivery takes 1–3 weeks from date of shipment within the contiguous U.S. We partner with a trusted carrier to ensure your large and heavy pieces are delivered flawlessly and without incident. Our team brings the items inside, carefully unpacks them, assembles your furniture, and removes all packaging. The delivery company will call you ahead of time to schedule an appointment time that is convenient for you for the delivery of your order.
Standard Shipping is typically with a third party carrier such as FedEx or UPS. Your package is delivered to your threshold and you are responsible for unpacking and assembly.

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Sometimes potential delays occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
*Any item that shows as Made-to-order or Custom is not eligible for Free Standard Delivery or Free White Glove Delivery. Art and other specialty items also do not qualify for free delivery. All rugs ship Free Standard Delivery via FedEx or UPS. SOBU only ships to the 48 US contiguous states. Orders under $2,500 which include any large, heavy, and/or bulky items are required to ship with White Glove Delivery service ($195). Please note that if our delivery company makes a delivery appointment with you, then attempts to deliver and you are not home and/or not able to receive items for any reason, you will be responsible for any fees incurred.
RETURNS
Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise. SOBU will accept returns within 30 days of delivery minus a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Any shipping and delivery charges already paid by customer are non-refundable. SOBU will pay for return shipping. Please note that a 15% restocking fee also applies to orders that have already shipped at time of cancellation.
SOBU will accept responsibility for defective or damaged product if determined to be a manufacturing issue. We want you to be happy!
SOBU warrants all products with a 1-year protection which we deem products to be produced free of manufactured defects. SOBU has the right to repair or replace.
