SOBU ships within the 48 US contiguous states. For all other areas and countries, please contact us.

*Custom made-to-order items are not eligible for free delivery and most do require white glove delivery. Art and other specialty items also do not qualify for free delivery. All rugs ship Free Standard Delivery via FedEx or UPS. 

Orders under $2,500 which include any large, heavy, and/or bulky items are required to ship with our White Glove Delivery service ($195). Please note that if our delivery company makes a delivery appointment with you, then attempts to deliver and you are not home and/or not able to receive items for any reason, you will be responsible for any fees incurred.

STANDARD SHIPPING is typically with a third party carrier such as FedEx or UPS. These shipments are delivered to your threshold and you are responsible for unpacking and any assembly.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY is our highest level of service and ensures you and your shipment are treated with the utmost care. We partner with a trusted carrier to ensure your large and heavy pieces are delivered flawlessly and without incident. We have worked hard to perfect our delivery protocols. Our team brings the items inside your home, carefully unpacks them, assembles your furniture, and removes all packaging. The delivery team will call you ahead of time to schedule an appointment time that is convenient for you for the delivery of your order.

We want you to love your SOBU piece—but if it’s not quite right, no worries! You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. We just ask that items come back in their original packaging and in brand-new condition. A 15% restocking fee applies, and while any original shipping charges aren’t refundable, we’ll cover the return shipping to make things a little easier. Please note custom made-to-order designs are not returnable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, we’ve got you covered. Let us know right away so we can make it right—whether that means a repair or a replacement. Your happiness matters to us!

In the rare event that your order arrives with shipping damage, please reach out to us as soon as possible—we’re here to help! Be sure to include photos of both the damage and the packaging so we can quickly assess the situation. We’ll get back to you right away to make things right. And please hang on to all the original packaging materials, as we may need them if a pickup or return is necessary.
