Shipping
Most items on our site arrive to you within 2-4 weeks from date of order when in stock or within 2-4 weeks from date of availability. We will be contacting you after you place your order to confirm your order details and give you an estimated date of delivery.
Transit times may vary depending on your shipping location. Please email us at info@sobusobu.com if you would like to know the current lead time on specific items prior to placing your order. Please note: SOBU only ships to the 48 US contiguous states.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
Please note, white glove delivery is not offered on rugs. All rugs ship via FedEx or UPS.
Orders under $2,500 which include any large, heavy, and/or bulky items will only have the option for white glove delivery with a fee of $195. This is so your order ships with a higher level of service that has a lower risk of damage and also so you have a smooth final experience in receiving your SOBU order.
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY
We offer free standard shipping on most items regardless of the number of items in your order. Please note that delivery will be via UPS or FEDEX for smaller items. This service does not include bringing items into your home, set up or assembly of items, or removal of packaging materials. Please plan accordingly and have help on hand to bring items inside if needed.
LOCAL BAY AREA ORDERS
Items produced by SOBU are shipped out of our Berkeley, California warehouse and typically have a shorter lead time. For local Bay Area customers, we can usually deliver your order of in-stock SOBU designs within 1-2 weeks.

LOCAL PICK UP
Please choose this option if you would like to pick up your order at our Berkeley warehouse. There is no cost associated with this option. Please allow 2 business days so our warehouse can pull and prep your order. You will receive an email with all the pick up information after you place your order.
ATTEMPTED DELIVERY
Please note that if our delivery company makes a delivery appointment with you, then attempts to deliver and you are not home and/or not able to receive items for any reason, you will be responsible for the attempted delivery fee.
RETURNS
SOBU will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Refund will be for total amount customer paid for the item including taxes minus a 15% restocking fee and any delivery charges customer paid on the order. SOBU will pay for return shipping fees.
Please note that the 15% restocking fee also applies to cancelled orders that have already shipped.
Home accessories purchased at our SOBU Oakland store are always 100% refundable.
Please note that returns must be in new condition and shipped back in their original packaging. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise.
SOBU will accept responsibility for defective or damaged product if determined to be a manufacturing issue. We want you to be happy...bottom line!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are able to accommodate international sales only when shipping is arranged for by the customer. International sales are final. Please contact us for international inquiries.

WARRANTY
SOBU warrants all products with a 1-year protection which we deem products to be produced free of manufactured defects. SOBU has the right to repair or replace.
